Youth Mental Health Day is an annual event aimed at shining a spotlight on the mental health challenges faced by young people across the world.
With social pressures, academic stress, and personal challenges piling up, mental health in youth is more important than ever. This day encourages conversations around mental well-being and provides a platform for people to share their experiences, connect with others, and access resources that promote positive mental health.
Jay Rosa, a football freestyler known for his brilliant skills and positive energy, took this opportunity to show his support for mental health initiatives. Football freestyling, a sport that combines athleticism, creativity, and focus, can be both mentally and physically demanding.
During his visit to Fleetwood Town FC, Jay gave a special freestyle performance, captivating the audience with his control over the ball. But his message went far beyond showcasing his talent—it was about using his platform to promote mental health awareness.

The shirt, which Jay wore on the day he made his first appearance at Fleetwood Town FC, is now up for grabs, with all proceeds going to mental health charities as well as The Trust to go towards their initiatives.
