Head of Community Programmes
Fleetwood Town Community Trust is seeking an exceptional third-sector senior leader to become our Head of Community Programmes.
Reporting directly to the Deputy CEO, the successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Trust’s Community Engagement portfolio, ensuring that programmes are high quality, impactful, responsive to community need and delivered against agreed contractual and organisational KPIs.
The role will lead a diverse portfolio of community activity including youth mentoring, youth work, social inclusion, disability provision, alternative education, community education, heritage and wider community engagement.
We are looking for an experienced leader who understands the unique opportunities presented by working within a professional football club charity environment and who can translate the power and reach of Fleetwood Town Football Club into meaningful outcomes for local communities.
The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of programme development, partnership development, stakeholder relationship management, funding acquisition and high-quality service delivery.
Salary: Competitive, dependant on experiences plus substantial benefits package.

Head of Partnerships
Fleetwood Town Community Trust has a vacancy for a Head of Partnerships.
The head of partnerships will take overall responsibility for developing, managing and growing the Trust’s commercial partnerships and income generation activity. The potholder will play a key role in strengthening relationships with existing partners and developing the Trust as a credible and valued partner within the local business community.
Full Time Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 + Commission and wider benefits

Youth Worker
Fleetwood Town Community Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Community Youth Worker to support the delivery of our youth hub programmes.

School Sport Educator
We are currently recruiting Sport Coaches who are available on a casual basis to deliver our curriculum and extra-curricular school sports programmes, Football Development programme and Holiday Sports Camps.
Up to 37 hours per week | Competitive rates of pay
It is essential you hold at least one level 2 NGB Sports Coaching Qualification. You also must have experience of delivering Sports and PE lessons/sessions in Primary school settings.
