Community Engagement Officer

Salary – £20,000 – £23,500

Fleetwood Town Community Trust is a successful award-winning charity that is continuing to grow as a sustainable dynamic charity. We are dedicated to providing the best possible services to our local community. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, charismatic and dedicated person to organise and deliver on our community cohesion and inclusion programmes.  As part of this role you will be expected to both lead and work alongside the Trust’s staff to ensure compliance with internal and external targets.

With a good general level of education, you should be computer literate with excellent administration and communication skills. Knowledge of good practice in the management of sports schemes and a background in sports coaching & community development is essential to the post.  You will need to hold at least one Level 2 sports coaching NGB qualification.

NCS Team Leader

We are currently looking to recruit a Team Leader for our NCS Summer programme. You will be responsible for the development of young people, challenging them to do things they have never done before and give them the platform for their voice to be heard within their community.

Competitive rates of pay

Summer programme:

Week 1: 4 days/nights residential In Penrith, Cumbria 

Week 2: 5 days  –  Life Skills – Location TBC

Week 3: 5 days  – Social Action Delivery – 30 hours

A compulsory training weekend will also take place in May 2021 which will be paid hours.

Casual PE and School Sport Coaches

We are currently recruiting Casual PE and School Sport Coaches who are available on a casual basis to deliver our curriculum and extra-curricular school sports programmes, Football Development programme and Holiday Sports Camps.

We are currently recruiting Casual PE and School Sport Coaches who are available on a casual basis to deliver our curriculum and extra-curricular school sports programmes, Football Development programme and Holiday Sports Camps.

It is essential you hold at least one level 2 NGB Sports Coaching Qualification. You also must have experience of delivering Sports and PE lessons/sessions in Primary school settings.
