Football Development Programme

Our Football Development Programme is designed to provide high-quality coaching and structured development opportunities for young players aged 4-11 of all abilities.

Through carefully planned training sessions, the programme focuses on improving technical skills, tactical understanding and overall wellbeing. Alongside football development, we place a strong emphasis on personal growth, teamwork and discipline — both on and off the pitch.

The ultimate goal is to help every participant reach their full potential, with clear pathways into local grassroots football teams.

Outcomes include:

  • Enhanced football skills
  • Increased confidence
  • Improved overall wellbeing
  • Clear progression opportunities

Our Mini Cods programme is designed for children aged 18 months to 4 years and focuses on developing fundamental movement skills alongside basic football techniques through fun and engaging activities.

Sessions are delivered in a welcoming and supportive environment where parents can actively take part and support their child’s development. Activities are carefully structured to promote physical coordination, social interaction and confidence-building, while strengthening the parent-child bond through shared learning experiences.

Mini Cods provides the perfect foundation for future sports participation in a positive and enjoyable setting.

What happens when my child outgrows Mini Cods?

Our Football Development Programme is the ideal next step once your child has progressed through Mini Cods, ensuring continued development within a structured pathway.
