Fun yoga sessions aimed to enhance children’s concentration, balance, flexibility, mindfulness, and posture. Each session is designed to be fun, interactive and follow a story theme to capture the imagination of each child. Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness, and in addition, children’s concentration, sense of calmness and relaxation improve.
Our session will give children the opportunity to stretch, balance and make themselves as flexible as possible. Our staff are yoga trained and highly experienced in this area of delivery.
