Fleetwood Town duo Danny Andrew and Josh Morris went to Stanah Primary School on Tuesday 4 February to take part in the Trust’s Move and Learn programme.

Both Danny and Josh made a surprise visit to the local primary school, as well as helping out in the Move and Learn session – that educates Year 5 children about the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle.

With the players arrival midway through the delivery, they were both asked questions such as “Why is it important to eat healthy as a professional footballer?” and “What sacrifices did you have to make to be where you are today?”, which both answered thoroughly to help the pupils in their work books.

The session ended with Danny and Josh signing autographs in the classroom, before heading outside onto the school playground to take part in some physical activity.

The club would like to thank Stanah Primary School for their hospitality, and we look forward to seeing pupils down at Highbury Stadium on Saturday 15 February for the Peterborough United match.
