Ease the Pressure – Blood Pressure Checking
A significant number of individuals may be at risk of heart disease and are commonly unaware of the warning signs, one of which being high blood pressure. This project has been commissioned to help to support the identification of Hypertension and Atrial Fibrillation through the completion of blood pressure checks.

Project run through Lancashire County Council across all of Lancashire. Fleetwood Town Community Trust are offering free blood pressure checks to adults over the age of 18, as part of a two year project. The Trust will be delivering in Wyre, Fylde and Blackpool.
