Employabilty Coach

Job Title: Employability Coach

Hours: 21 hours per week

Rate of pay: Competitive

Reports To: Chief Executive

Location: Fleetwood Town Community Trust

Fix Term Contract: 48 Weeks

 Fleetwood Town Community Trust is an independent and registered charity working in partnership with Fleetwood Town Football Club. Our mission is to enrich the lives of individuals through sport, physical activity, health, and educational programmes.

The Trust is seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to coordinate and deliver a varied programme of employability, training and health and well-being for unemployed Wyre residents aged 16 – 65 who are facing multiple barriers to active participation.

With a good general level of education, you should be computer literate with excellent administration and communication skills. A good knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of community engagement are essential for the post.

The National Citizen Service is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity open to all 15, 16 & 17-year-olds and helps them build skills for work and life, whilst taking on new challenges and meeting new friends.

This is an excellent opportunity to be involved with an exciting programme which has tangible results for the young people involved. The roles are demanding and fast-paced but highly rewarding. These roles will require week-long residential commitments at a variety of times as Fleetwood Town FC Community Trust run around 5 NCS trips during the year.

The groups are composed of approximately 15 young people and the leader will be expected to work under the direction of the NCS Programme Manager and assist with the pastoral care and support the development of the young people. Previous experience would be welcome but is not essential.

Casual Multisport Coaches

Up to 15 hours per week | Competitive rates of pay

We are currently recruiting Casual Multisports Coaches who are available on a casual basis to deliver our curriculum and extra-curricular school sports programmes, Football Development programme and Holiday Sports Camps.

It is essential you hold at least one level 2 NGB Sports Coaching Qualification. You also must have experience of delivering Sports and PE lessons/sessions in Primary school settings.

Casual Community Coach Lead

Up to 15 hours per week | Competitive rates of pay

We are currently recruiting a Casual Community Coach who is available on a casual basis during evenings and weekends on our Community Outreach Sports and Activity programme. There will also be an opportunity for additional hours on our School Holiday Sports Camps.

It is essential you hold at least one level 2 NGB Sports Coaching Qualification. You also must have experience of delivering Sports and Activities on Community programmes.

It is essential you are flexible to working unsociable hours.
