Volunteer Opportunities

Due to the growth of the organisation and the Community Cohesion department, we are currently recruiting volunteers to support with the delivery of community provisions across the Trust.

Our Volunteering Opportunities are:

Family Hubs: Join our team at Fleetwood Town Community Trust and make a difference in local families’ lives! As a Family Hub Volunteer, you’ll help create a warm, welcoming environment where families with primary school-aged children can enjoy a free hot meal, tea & coffee, and a variety of fun activities.

Fundraising and Events Volunteer: Join our team to help making a difference in your local community. You can help lend a hand with any of the following:

  • Fundraising Challenge Events
  • Community Events
  • Awareness Events

Matchday Volunteer: To assist in match day provisions such as, Touring our Mascots, Assisting with Flags, Various Mascot Activities. Working hours vary depending on the time of FTFC home games, benefits to volunteer include: 

  • Ticket to Matchday for Free
  • FTFC Uniform

Premier League Kicks & TrySport Assistant Coach: To assist with the coaching of young people from differing backgrounds for our Premier League Kicks and our TrySport sessions. Applicant are required to be aged 18+ and willing to undergo CPD. 

No prior qualifications are needed and training can be provided for the right candidates, enhanced DBS checks will need to be completed. For more information, please contact: Olivia.Hooper@fleetwoodtownfc.com

Development Football Coach: To assist with our Football Development Programme to help children develop their skills on the pitch! You will require a minimum of FA level 1 coaching in football qualification as well as an up to date first aid and safeguarding certificate. All applicants will need to provide proof of qualifications and also complete an enhanced DBS.

Disability Coach: To assist with our Go Beyond provisions that provide a safe space for SEND participants to thrive in a sporting environment. You will require a minimum of FA level 1 coaching in football qualification as well as an up to date first aid and safeguarding certificate. All applicants will need to provide proof of qualifications and also complete an enhanced DBS.
