Fleetwood Town Community Trust is proud announce the appointment of Rick Clement as Community Engagement Manager, where he will oversee a range of community and health related projects across the district.
Rick is a former Sergeant from the Duke of Lancaster Regiment with 14 years’ service and more recently led on the Trust’s Veterans programme, now named Onward Together. Rick’s role will see him oversee the management of a variety of new and existing projects, all aimed at positively influencing the lives of local people, projects such as;

- Premier League Kicks
- Fit For the Future
- TrySport
- Champions
- United Together
Rick explained, ““It’s fantastic to be back working for Fleetwood Town Community Trust. In my new role as Community Engagement Manager I feel I can have an even greater impact on a wider range of people within the local community. I know from experience I have a great team to work with and I look forward to building on their previous achievements and helping push us on to even greater things. I’m extremely grateful for this opportunity.”
