The Trust are providing life changing employability provisions through the UK Year of Service Grant!

We are delighted to have been successful in partnering with NCS – National Citizen Service Trust and Department for Culture, Media and Sport in providing life changing employability provisions through the UK Year of Service Grant.
We have recently appointed 10 successful candidates on a nine month, full time placement, with the objective to build a stronger, brighter, more aspirational futures. Each post holder will also gain internal employability support towards their own bespoke career development plans ensuring sustained employment with appropriate training.
Connor, Youth Engagement Mentor, said, “To work with Fleetwood Town Community Trust is, and should be very rewarding. The morals and values I hold are collaborative with what the Trust has. Over the next nine months I would love to see growth of the youth hub, the youth opportunities, and to help elevate the pre-existing groups there are. I’m looking forward to meeting with young people and understanding what is important to them in this area.”
