Rachel Duncan Memorial Tournament (13th July 2025)

Location: Poolfoot Farm, Butts Road, Thornton-Cleveleys, FY5 4HX

Time: 9AM till 4PM

Facilities: Bar and Food Kiosk Open, toilet facilities available for teams and visitors.

Accessibility: Local number 14 drives close by, stopping at Fleetwood Road and only a short walk.

Cost: £100 per team

Tournament Set Up: Between 16 and 20 teams with a league format and then cup knockout stages.

Why?

A woman called Rachel Duncan played for multiple clubs within the Northwest and was a great talent and a huge personality amongst her teammates. She unfortunately took her own life in 2021 due to her struggles with mental health. We want to honour Rachel’s legacy by naming the trophies after Rachel. We hope this event will continue to support other females who might have struggles with mental health with donations made going to the Richmond Fellowship.
