Cardinal Allen High School (Located at Chaucer Primary)

This summer, Fleetwood Town Community Trust are hosting our first ever Transition Support Summer Camps!

As part of the Headstart Programme, our Mental Health Transformation Officer and local Education Mental Health Practitioners will be delivering a variety of activities to support Year 6 children transitioning to a Fleetwood secondary school in September. These activities will be based around building resilience, coping strategies and allowing for more friendships to be made ahead of their transition!

All sessions are the same, however, they will be delivered twice for each secondary school to allow more children to access this support.

The day will run like:

9:30-9:45am- Arrivals

9:45-10:00am- Register and Introductions

10:00-11:00am- Session 1 by Rachel Walker MHTO (Wellbeing and Mindfulness)

11:00-11:15am- Break

11:15-12:15pm- Session 2 by EMHPs (Psychoeducation)

12:15-12:30pm- Departures

There are 20 spaces available for each Cardinal Allen date.
