Positive Futures
Unemployed? Aged 16-65?
Positive futures is a new initiative brought to Wyre residents by The Volunteer Centre Blackpool Wyre & Fylde, in partnership with Fleetwood Town Community Trust.
It is:
- Funded by Wyre Councils UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
- Focusing on those aged 16-64 who are economically inactive.
- Supporting them on taking their next positive step on the journey to future success, whether that is employment, education or entrepreneurship.
We are working in partnership to commit to more outreach work over Wyre targeting those who may find social and employability provisions harder to find
- So if you would like support to:
- Find employment, access training, voluntary work, placements or further education
- Improve your health and wellbeing, life skills and confidence
- Flexible support options from 1:1 to inclusive group sessions to help you progress
- Open to people aged 16-65, explore your options and opportunities, gain new skills and create a Positive Future
- We take referrals from across Wyre and support people to develop the attitude, motivation and skills they need to move forward in life
