Head of Community Engagement

Fleetwood Town Community Trust are recruiting a new and exciting role. As Head of Community Engagement, the successful candidate will oversee our current community based social inclusion projects and community health and wellbeing initiatives. The Head of Community Engagement will also form part of the newly created Senior Leadership Team positively contributing towards the charity’s wider strategic aims and objectives.

37 Hours a Week | £29,702 – £36,329

Premier League Primary Stars Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for individuals to join our Fleetwood Town Community Trust as a PL Primary Stars Coordinators. In this role you will support the delivery of the Fleetwood Town Community Trust current Premier League Primary Stars Programme and be tasked with supporting teachers to improve confidence in running PE lessons, supporting schools with educational activations and interventions, and working as part of a team across mass participation events.

Community Cohesion Coach

We are recruiting a Community Cohesion Coach to develop the Champions provision to the next level. Champions is an intervention style programme that aims to reduce reoffending, by establishing positive relationships with young people. The programme is delivered within police custody suites & in community settings to divert people aged 10 to 25 years old away from crime.

Sports Tutor

We are recruiting a Sports Tutor to report to the Sports College Manager, the Sports Tutor will be responsible for the delivery, planning and assessment of the BTEC programme delivered by Fleetwood Town FC Community Sports College in line
with our Education provider League Football Education (LFE). In addition, the tutor may be responsible for the facilitation of the Foundation Degree in Sports Coaching and Development, delivered to students by Fleetwood Town FC Community Sports College, through the University of South Wales.

37 Hours a Week | £24,470-£27,524

Secondary School Coordinator

We are recruiting a Secondary School Coordinator, a new and exciting position that will drive our secondary education provision. The appointed candidate will lead, deliver and monitor the Trust’s Alternative Education Pathway Programme engaging with students with varying needs.

Sport Coaches

We are currently recruiting Sport Coaches who are available on a casual basis to deliver our curriculum and extra-curricular school sports programmes, Football Development programme and Holiday Sports Camps.

Up to 25 hours per week | Competitive rates of pay

It is essential you hold at least one level 2 NGB Sports Coaching Qualification. You also must have experience of delivering Sports and PE lessons/sessions in Primary school settings.
