Fleetwood Town are delighted to announce that Jayden Stockley has been named the club’s PFA Community Champion of the Year for the 2023/24 season!
Jayden has been presented the award by Fleetwood Town’s Community Trust and the PFA following his outstanding work within the local community over the course of the season, interacting with supporters and local residents.
Trust Player Engagement Officer, Mike Tallentire added, “It was great to present the award to Jayden, he has an infectious personality which shines through on all of our community engagement he has participated in over the course of the season. A worthy winner of the PFA Community Champion!”
Stephen Raynor (PFA Community Liaison Executive) said “ It was an absolute pleasure to present the PFA Community Champion Award to Jayden Stockley at Poolfoot Farm, with colleagues John and Mike from the Community Trust today.
This award is recognition for a player that has gone above and beyond off the pitch, who recognises the importance of giving back as a Footballer to the local community, across the entire season, in a variety of ways facilitated by the Trust around their varied activities. A well deserved recipient who has made a big impact in the community as well as creating positive and enjoyable memories for participants and fans along the way.
“I am absolutely delighted to be awarded the Community Champion award. “I have thoroughly enjoyed this season working within the community, and I am so thankful for all the support they relentlessly give.”
Well done, Jayden!”
