Younger Group (5-9):
Our camp sessions are thoughtfully divided into two age groups, with the younger cohort ranging from 5 to 9 years old. In this age category, a typical day at our Girls Football Camp kicks off with lively warm-up games and ball mastery sessions in the morning, seamlessly transitioning into small-sided games just before lunch.
The afternoon sessions are dedicated to our daily themes, covering everything from passing and receiving to defensive strategies. Following these on-field activities, we delve into a 45-minute classroom session that spans topics from healthy eating to wellbeing and controlling emotions in football.
Wrapping up the day on a high note, we will go into team tournament and give out our Player’s of the Day, ensuring everyone leaves with a sense of accomplishment. Fridays bring an extra dose of excitement with special skill competitions, offering players the chance to compete for trophies and medals!
