We are proud to have chosen Kaiser as our 2025/26 Premier League Community Captain.
Kaiser played in goal at grassroots football level as a child and would regularly attend our Friday Night Kicks football sessions. As he got older, his love for playing the game faded, but his passion for football and sport in general remained strong, along with a desire to help others grow and develop their love of sport.
After finishing high school, Kaiser joined Fleetwood Town Community Sports College. Following this, he began delivering sessions as part of the PE and School Sports Team. He is popular and well liked in the schools he delivers in by both staff and pupils.
As his confidence grew, Kaiser has now come full circle and picked up sessions supporting our Friday Night Kicks football programme. He shows a real passion and understanding of our Panability sports sessions and regularly supports the disability clubs that the Trust delivers, as well as the Panability football sessions.
Kaiser’s dedication and passion for everything he has been involved in has led to him being awarded a permanent contract within the Trust, and his journey is a fantastic example of the positive impact our programmes have on individuals and the wider community.
Congratulations Kaiser!
