Sean Hall joins us as our new DIVERT and Employability Coach

Fleetwood Town Community Trust is proud to introduce Sean Hall, who begins his new role within the community as DIVERT and Employability Coach. Within the dual role he will lead on the Find Your Future initiative, supporting adults in sourcing employment, education or training whilst preparing each person with the required resources and skillset to be successful in their chosen industry.

 His DIVERT duties will see Sean engage with young adults aged 18-25 years old, with the aim of mentoring individuals to prevent re-offending, providing a positive platform for them to achieve their personal and professional goals. Fleetwood Town Community Trust is one of seven football community trust departments in Lancashire delivering the DIVERT programme, which is running in partnership with Lancashire Violence Reduction Network, Lancashire Police and New Era.  

 Sean comes with a background of supporting individuals and families on the Fylde Coast, liaising with stakeholders in the region to provide sustainable measures in assisting through areas such as behaviour, housing, financial guidance.

 Sean, added “I am to make positive connections across the borough, raising aspirations for all in both of my roles. I am looking forward to the engaging with my customers and making a difference within the community.”

 Community Cohesion & Inclusion Manager said, “We are very excited to have Sean working for the Community Trust and leading the direction of two crucial programmes supporting those residents in need of additional mentoring, with the aim of supporting individuals achieving their ambitions and goals.”
