Mental health plays a pivotal role in the lives of many across the world, whether that be personally or with those closest to us.

Fleetwood Town Community Trust are pleased to launch their “Talking Men” group, as a peer-to-peer opportunity for men to open up and share their thoughts and feelings amongst others, in an environment that they feel comfortable in.

It is commonly known that 1 in 4 people struggle with their mental health, whereas of 77% of men have suffered with negative signs and symptoms of their own mental wellbeing.

The group lead, Steve explained, “If you have anything troubling you, please don’t bottle things up, pop in to our friendly, warm and non-judgmental peer to peer support group every Thursday. We are here, to hear.”

The group will meet every Thursday 27th October 2022, starting from 7pm at the Verona Hall, in Thornton Cleveleys, FY5 4BL with free refreshments made available.
