We are offering the chance for Year 6 and Year 7 students to come and gain support in relation to the transition from primary to high school!
We Offer:
- 1 to 1 support
- Workshop and group work sessions
- Confidence and coping strategies
- Peer to peer mentoring support
- Mental health support
- Plus fun and engaging activities
