Fleetwood Town Community Trust and Captain Cod made a surprise visit to Stanah Primary School to invite them to the next home match against Burton Albion.

With a bumper crowd at Highbury Stadium last weekend for the top of the table clash with Ipswich Town, the club were out in the community and into local schools to spread to the word to get bums on seats for the upcoming fixture against The Brewers.

Head coach Joey Barton has spoken about getting the whole town together, and with visits to Sacred Heart, Royles Brook and Northfold planned ahead of the next game, let’s get behind the players on the 19th October at Highbury!Supporter Liaison Officer Wayne Bibby was on call at the schools to hand out tickets alongside Captain Cod. Wayne was also there to discuss what plans are in place – especially to the younger fans, to make their matchday experience one they will not forget.

If you haven’t got your tickets for the clash, you can buy yours today online, in store at Highbury Stadium or at Poolfoot Farm, or by calling us on (01253) 775080.
