United for Mental Health at Fleetwood Town

Fleetwood Town Football Club recognise the importance of mental health and the role that we play in supporting the wellbeing of our community and supporter base. Football has the power to bring people together and with that comes great responsibility to ensure that staff, players and fans feel valued and supported.

As part of our ongoing commitment both Football Club and Community Trust employees are taking proactive steps to raise awareness around mental health and providing meaningful assistance. To further enhance our efforts our colleagues have completed Mental Health Awareness training with partner HW Training Services.

Fleetwood Town FC stands united in breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and by working with local stakeholders we aim to continue creating a safe and welcoming environment at Highbury Stadium.

Further information of the Trust’s Talking Men provision can be seen below, with Steve, Harry and Garry providing a welcoming non-judgemental environment encouraging conversation.
