Exciting opportunity for volunteers on the Inspired programme!

VInspired is a great opportunity for young people, aged 14-24 years old that are looking to develop their coaching or officiating skillset.

Fleetwood Town Community Trust will support volunteers by allocating weekly delivery in a range of environments, through either coaching or officiating. These sessions include PE in school sport, PL Kicks, Inclusion, NCS delivery and many more, working with a range of people, from all ages and backgrounds. Fleetwood Town Community Trust aims for all volunteers to reach 100 voluntary hours. Once this is achieved you will get the opportunity to enroll in a National Governing Body sporting qualification, i.e. FA Level 1.

Corey enrolled as our first volunteer on the VInspired programme in April 2018 and quickly completed his 100 voluntary hours through community outreach work, he explained, “Volunteering for Fleetwood Town Community Trust has been an amazing experience, one that I wouldn’t have got through any other organisation. Since reaching 100 hours I have now completed the next FA Level 1 coaching course, which has then lead to me being offered casual coaching work, where I get the opportunity to assist lead coaches in sports such as Dodgeball and Football in the community.”
