Celebrating Joe’s Journey with the Trust

This month we are proud to celebrate the service from Joe McGuirk, who has become a valued full time member of our team.

Joe’s journey with the Trust began as a student, progressing through our education pathway at college and university. Since then, he has developed into a highly capable and dedicated coach, building experience across a wide range of programmes.

Starting with zero-hour work, Joe quickly demonstrated his commitment and ability, progressing into part-time hours. We are now delighted to announce that he has been awarded a full-time contract as a Sport and Physical Activity Coach. In this role, Joe will continue to contribute to Development Football, TrySport sessions, and the delivery of PE and school sport sessions across our schools network.

Over the past three years, Joe has also worked across other areas of the Trust, including Kicks and community projects, while gaining new qualifications and making the most of the CPD opportunities provided to him.

We are proud of Joe’s progress and the positive influence he has on the young people and communities he works with. We look forward to seeing him continue to thrive as part of our team.
